Water System Coils – Heater and Cooler Coils

Hot and Cold Water Coils are produced in suitable sizes and capacities by optimising mechanical and thermal design in order to meet our customers’ needs. We avoid from oversizing and thus give particular importance to both competitiveness and reliability with the right design.

Required calculations are made using Coils software. Capacities of Our Hot – Cold Water Coils were certified by EUROVENT for 4035-5/8”, 3228-1/2”, 2522-3/8” molds.

  • Commercial and residential air conditioning systems
  • Commercial and industrial cooling systems

Fins; aluminium, epoxy-coated aluminium or copper is used. Surfaces of fins are corrugated. 4035-5/8”and 3228-1/2”are the geometries mostly used. Depending on customer request, they can also be produced as 2522-3/8”.

Tubes;

2522-3/8” and 2521-3/8” : Generally, 0,28-0,30-0,35 mm wall thicknesses are used.

3228-1/2” : Generally, 0,32 -0,35 mm wall thicknesses are used. In vibrating working environments (crane – lifting jack etc.), .) 0,50-0,70 mm wall thickness is preferred.

4035-5/8” : Generally, 0,40mm wall thickness is used. 0,70mm wall thickness is preferred in superheated water coils.

Frames; Standard frames are made of galvanized steel sheets. Optionally, they can also be produced from aluminium, stainless steel or copper sheet.

Collectors; Standard collectors of this type of coils are made of steel tube and pass edge connection is made. If copper collector is preferred in water coils according to customer request, they edges are connected as brass nipple. They can also be produced with flange sleeve depending on request. Each collector has air vent and drain lines beside blind cap. When the Collectors are steel, there is painting made for collectors in order to avoid corrosion.

Test; all water coils are tested in water pool under 20 bar pressure unless otherwise is indicated.

Our coils are tested in accordance with Pressured Equipment Directive 97/23/EC.
